Believe Ministries is a faith-based community of believers dedicated to the spiritual, social, and economic development of Bertie County and its surrounding areas. Founded by Turner R. Coggins Jr., a Bertie County native, Believe Ministries was established to empower and uplift the community through education, entrepreneurship, and development.
With a ministry focus on equipping individuals with practical tools for success, Believe Ministries is uniquely positioned to serve the growing needs of Eastern North Carolina through strategic programs and initiatives that improve the quality of life for all those in its orbit.
