Educational Access Fund

The Seeds of Hope Scholarship seeks to empower individuals whose educational pursuits align with the four core pillars of Believe Ministries. The fund supports residents of Bertie County and surrounding Eastern North Carolina communities pursuing GEDs, vocational certifications, community college degrees, four-year college degrees, or post-undergraduate credentials.
Four Pillars of Ministry & Educational Alignment
Infrastructure & Networking – Technology, construction trades, utilities, and digital literacy
Educational Empowerment – Teaching, tutoring, counseling, early childhood development, adult education
Real Estate Development – Urban planning, housing policy, real estate licensure, community development
Agriculture & Cultivation – Agribusiness, sustainability, food systems, environmental science
SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS & CRITERIA
Applicants must:
Reside in Eastern NC (priority to Bertie County)
Be enrolled/planning to enroll Fall 2025
Demonstrate financial need.
Be pursuing GED, Vocational Training, Community College, Four-Year, or Post-Grad Education
Align with one of the four ministry pillars.
Maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher where applicable.
